This villa is peacefully situated on the edge of a beautiful residential area. You have beautiful view over the fields and woods and at the Mediterranean. The garden is large with a large lawn around the pool. Near the pool you have a summer kitchen with a fridge and sink. You have also a lovely and cool seating area. On the property there is a parkingspace for 4 cars. The spacious living room has direct access to the large terrace, which has beautiful view over the garden and the sea. In the living room you have a TV with Astra satellite reception and DVD. The kitchen is, as you may expect, fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle. The house has three bathrooms and a separate toilet. One bathrooms with bath, the other two with shower. The house has four double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The location of the house is very quiet and with a lot of privacy. The garden is located on the seaward side of the house and is spacious and free.  The closest beach is the beach of Tamariu and is only a few kilometers away. Also the beaches of Llafranc, Aiguablava and Pals are close. You can get your groceries in Palafrugell, which is only 3 kilometers away from the villa.
