Villa Santanyi is a magnificent house, very special and of a high standard with spacious rooms with lots of natural light, tastefully furnished offering a relaxing summer atmosphere. The ground floor offers a spacious and comfortable open plan living/dining room with several glass doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and has access to the dining room and a lovely covered terrace. On the ground floor there are three spacious and bright bedrooms; one with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with access to the terrace, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a wheelchair accessible bathroom with shower. There is also a toilet.
 
The first floor offers two very spacious bedrooms with two single beds each, with a nice en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower as well as glass doors opening onto your own private terrace where you can relax and enjoy great open views of the countryside with almond trees, the village of Santanyi in the background and even the island of Cabrera in the distance. Next to the house there is a garage with a laundry area and a toilet with a shower.
 
On request a fence can be placed around the swimming pool.
