Villa Colina is a new addition to our portfolio (2026) and makes an ideal holiday home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house can accommodate up to 6 people.All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, and for the colder months there is a cosy fireplace, in addition to the central heating.The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is surrounded by a cosy terrace, from which you also have a view of the sea, which is clearly visible in the distance near Tamariu. The pool can also be heated for a fee (€250 per week).The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and juicer. The utility room/loggia accommodates a washing machine and tumble dryer.The property comprises two levels: The ground floor is closed off when you rent the house for up to 6 people.The external staircase leads to the main level of the house, where you enter the spacious living room with open-plan kitchen. The living room also provides direct access to the large terrace with a dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner together whilst taking in the stunning views.From the living room, you enter the hallway where the other three double bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.At the rear of the property, a staircase leads to an upper section of the garden and terrace, where you can relax and enjoy an even more beautiful view.Begur is approximately 1.4 km away on foot, 2.2 km by car, so you can get there quickly and easily. The distance to Aiguablava beach is about 3 km on foot. You can also walk to Tamariu if you wish, via a lovely walk through the woods lasting around an hour.The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for a relaxing and/or active holiday. As well as walking, you can also enjoy wonderful cycling trips (with a guide if you wish), golf, surfing or swimming. The beautiful beaches of Begur and the surrounding area are all within easy reach: Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Pals.Begur itself is a delightful village with lovely shops, cosy (tapas) terraces, good restaurants and picturesque streets.A car is essential in this region.
