Stairs lead from here to the lawn. Just next to this is the built-in BBQ and access to the fully fitted kitchen with its breakfast bar and ten chairs.
From the dining room, there is a long hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a double bedroom with its own full bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, another twin bedroom and a shower room. All of these rooms have patio doors leading to a covered terrace with beautiful countryside views.
A staircase leads to the first floor (with horizontal balustrades on the stairs – be careful with children) and a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (with a floor-to-ceiling window with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and beyond) and a full bathroom.
