Casa Lavanda is a lovely holiday home for six people in a beautiful, quiet location with a lovely enclosed garden and a great view. The house is located in the fields on the south side of Begur, between Palafrugell, Tamariu and Begur. You can walk or cycle to Tamariu beach via a few sandy paths!The entrance gate opens onto the large garden with a private swimming pool, car park and, at the back of the house, a tennis court!Casa Lavanda has a spacious and partially covered terrace with a large dining table and chairs. There are lovely sunbeds by the pool and a new gas barbecue for long evenings of dining.The terrace leads into the cosy living/dining room. This room has smart TV and internet, so you can stream all your favourite programmes.The kitchen is next to the living room and has access to the terrace. It is of course equipped with a good fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and a good coffee maker.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a single bed and access to the terrace.The first bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The three bedrooms are on the upper floor, all three with patio doors to the balcony/terrace. The master bedroom has air conditioning and a double bed.The second bedroom has bunk beds and the third bedroom has another double bed. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.There is a space under the house where the washing machine is located. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden where children can play to their heart’s content. The tennis court is at your full disposal and tennis rackets are provided. There is also the possibility to play petanque, for example.Begur, with its charming streets and terraces, is about 5 kilometres away. You can walk to the centre of Palafrugell if you like. The beaches of Tamariu, Aiguablava, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Sa Riera and Sa Tuna are all within a 10-kilometre radius. Prefer to play padel tennis to tennis? There are padel courts in both Begur and Palafrugell. And don’t forget the beautiful golf courses, such as Golf Emporda, Platja de Pals, Pitch & Put Gualta, or PGA Catalunya near Girona!
