A unique and modern house for 8 people, in the center of L’Escala, 50 meters from the beach and restaurantas, and with air conditioning! Spread over four floors, the house has two living rooms and kitchens, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces!
 
This former fisherman’s house in the old town of l’Escala has been beautifully renovated in 2022, while retaining its original details. The coarse stone wall in the downstairs living room is a good example. No expense has been spared on quality and luxurious finish.
 
Inside there is air conditioning and WiFi on all floors. There are two fully equipped kitchens with induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on each floor. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for smaller children. There are also double beds in the other bedrooms, all with smart TV.
 
There is a toilet in the salon on the ground floor. The bedroom floors each have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
 
The second living room is on the third floor. In front of it is a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also a metal spiral staircase to the roof terrace/solarium. When it’s hot, the outdoor shower will cool you down.
Thanks to the kitchen on this floor, you don’t have to walk up and down to the ground floor. You can stream via your phone or tablet on the smart TV on the wall.
 
Inside it is therefore a lovely house and a cool base to enjoy the beach, restaurants and terraces of L’Escala.
